Running all through Feb.- Member Balloon Referral Program

       Through the month of February, we will have balloons filled with

         different prizes that current members can win for each person they

         refer to the gym. Don't miss out on this opportunity at great prizes.

 

Coming Spring- Wings and Weights Competition

       This will be a weight lifting competition in association with a local wing

         bar that will provide food and prizes for this fun competition. This will be

         fun for the entire family to come enjoy food, music, and fitness!

 

Coming Spring- Olympic Team Trial Fund Raiser

        Our Manager Joe Shackelford, will be fighting in the National Team

        Trials in Florida to try and make the National (Olympic) Karate Team

        this coming July in Florida. On this day, he will give a self-defense        

        seminar and karate demo for donations to help pay for him to go to

        the Team Trials and represent Powerhouse 24/7 and Northeast Ohio!
